iElectrical & Communications is proud to unveil its first charity initiative in partnership with the Lung Foundation Australia and the Cancer Council Foundation. This is a project that is extremely close to me, and my families heart, and I am privileged to unveil it in honour of my aunty Jill.

Big win for the team at @ielectricalandcomms ⚡️

After successfully delivering early-stage works at Regis Marleston and Regis Playford, we’re proud to share we’ve been awarded a major project with Shape Group at Regis Marleston — a long-term refurbishment spanning the next 2.5 years.

This is a significant project involving:
• 80 rooms and 77 bathrooms
• Staged delivery to keep the facility fully operational
• New lighting, ceiling fans, MATV and data installations
• Bathroom slab earthing works
• Relocation of services through new joinery and wall chasing

This one means a lot.

It’s a reflection of the trust we’ve built, the quality of our delivery, and the strength of our people on the ground. Delivering in live aged care environments takes planning, care and precision — and that’s exactly what our team does best.

We’re excited to continue building alongside Shape Group and supporting the delivery of high-quality facilities for the community.

Partnering with Lucy Commercial, this development will deliver 21 modern apartments across four levels, helping provide high-quality housing that supports the local community.

Our team is proud to be contributing to another important project and continuing to build strong partnerships across South Australia’s construction sector. We’re looking forward to seeing this development come to life and delivering another quality outcome.
